Founded in Dublin in 1996, they have extensive experience and expertise across all sectors of hospitality and are the parent to multiple hospitality related companies specialise in maximising revenue and profitability for owners and investors in the hotel and serviced apartment sector.
The Brief:
As a proactive market leader, PREM Group had been looking to find a PCI DSS compliant solution for card not present transactions in order to combat an the risk of fraud related chargebacks and to reduce their scope for PCI DSS compliance.
The Solution:
Following an introduction from their acquiring partners, Elavon, who promote Gala Technology as their 'Pay By Link' partner, PREM Group deployed our multi-award winning SOTpay solution across a number of locations across their estate, simplifying PCI DSS requirements, negating the risk of fraud related chargebacks within these channels and reducing their processing charges.
SOTpay enables PREM Group to send secure and PCI compliant payments links via email or SMS, allowing the cardholder to remain in control of their sensitive card data and complete the transaction either in real time, whilst the agent remains in dialogue or at their end leisure.
SOTpay then notifies the required individual or department that the authenticated transaction has been completed.
